Delivery Charges

Delivery cost HKD50 for purchases under HKD500.

Free shipping for purchases over HKD500.

Deliveries within Hong Kong usually arrive within 3-5 business days for orders placed between Monday and Friday.

Online Purchases

We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Should you be dissatisfied with the product, we will arrange for an exchange, subject to the conditions set out below.

Salon Services Guarantee Period

At our salon, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If the results of your service do not meet the expectations set during your initial consultation, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible and within two weeks of your original appointment date to schedule a complimentary adjustment. This policy is designed to ensure the final look aligns with our professional service discussion; however, please note that it does not cover a complete change of mind or requests for a different style or color than what was originally agreed upon. All complimentary adjustments must be completed within the 2 week window.

Replacement or Exchange
Goods sold are not refundable. Exchange with receipt is allowed within 7 days if your purchases (for the same item, and where still available) for products are:
– damaged at the time of delivery or faulty due to no fault on your part: or
– incorrectly shipped because of an error on our part.
To replace or exchange an item described above, you must notify us by email at bruneblonde@bruneblonde.com within 7 days from the date of delivery of the goods to you specifying the reasons for the exchange. Requests for exchanges received by us outside this time frame may be accepted at our discretion only.
Other Prices
Prices shown on bruneblonde.com are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) only. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The HKD price of a product displayed on www.bruneblonde.com at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in the case of patent error.
If you are a customer whose credit card is denominated in any other currency than HKD, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.

Resale of Items

All products sold are for the customers’ use and shall not be commercially resold. www.bruneblonde.com reserves the right to refuse any purchase order which we suspect is for commercial resale.
