Yes, we recommend booking online to secure your preferred stylist and time.
Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but booking is recommended.

For first-time colour clients we recommend a consultation, which can be booked online.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Where possible, we greatly appreciate as much notice as you are able to give, as this allows us to accommodate other clients.
Mezz Floor, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, 1 Harbour Road, Wan Chai. The nearest MTR is Wan Chai station or Exhibition Centre Stations.
Valet parking is available at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. BRUNEBLONDE will offer complimentary 2 hour valet with any in salon spend of over HKD$1000
Monday to Saturday, 9am–8pm. Closed on public holidays including 1st January, Chinese New Year, 1st July, 1st October and 25th December. The salon will also be closed during Typhoon Signal 8 or Black Rain storm warnings. We will re-open usually 2 hours after the warning signals have been lifted.

Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 working days.
Yes, in-store pickup is available at the salon. Mezz Floor, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. Please remember to add a note to your order stating you wish to collect your order in the salon. This is to avoid us starting the delivery process.
