Please note that we charge an additional fee for the removal services of nails applied at other salons.
If you are coming to us with gel, acrylic or nail extensions from a previous salon, (that is not BRUNEBLONDE) please ensure you select the correct removal service when booking online.
A Quick Note On Nail Health
To ensure the highest standard of care and hygiene for all our clients, we are unable to treat fungal nail infections or plantar warts. If you are currently experiencing either of these conditions, we kindly recommend visiting a podiatrist or medical speicalist first. We look forward to pampering your nails once they are fully healed!
Nail Appointment Deposit Policy
To secure your nail booking at BRUNEBLONDE, a $200 deposit is required per booked nail service.
The deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We maintain a strict no-refund policy.
If you need to reschedule or cancel within our required notice window, your deposit is not refunded, but will stay on your client file as credit for a future visit.
Forfeiture:
Breaking our cancellation/no-show policy by cancelling on the same day or missing your appointment means the deposit is permanently lost.
Salon Cancellations:
Deposits are only refunded if BRUNEBLONDE cancels your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, severe weather (such as Black Rainstorm or Typhoon T8 warnings), or emergencies.

Appointment Policy
Every appointment at BRUNEBLONDE represents dedicated, unhurried time, reserved just for you. To support our team and other guests, please give us as much notice as possible for any changes.
Rescheduling
We require 24 hours' notice. Changes made within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations within 8 hours or missed appointments may incur a 100% fee.
Late Arrivals
Arrivals over 20 minutes late may require rescheduling and may incur a 50% fee.
Emergencies
We understand true emergencies happen. Fees may be waived on a case-by-case basis at the stylist's discretion.
