Appointment Policy
Every appointment at BRUNEBLONDE represents dedicated, unhurried time, reserved just for you. To support our team and other guests, please give us as much notice as possible for any changes.
Rescheduling
We require 24 hours' notice. Changes made within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations within 8 hours or missed appointments may incur a 100% fee.
Late Arrivals
Arrivals over 20 minutes late may require rescheduling and may incur a 50% fee.
Emergencies
We understand true emergencies happen. Fees may be waived on a case-by-case basis at the stylist's discretion.
