Free Local Delivery — Hong Kong We offer complimentary shipping on all orders delivered within Hong Kong, regardless of order size or value. No minimum spend required.

Delivery Timeframe Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Hong Kong is estimated at 2–3 business days once dispatched.

In-Store Pickup Prefer to collect in person? You are welcome to pick up your order directly from our salon at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Mezz Floor, 1 Harbour Road, Wan Chai. Please note that pickup is available during salon hours — contact us in advance to confirm availability.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to make our products available to international customers in the future.
