Booking Deposit

To secure your booking at BRUNEBLONDE, a $200 deposit is required for selected services. The deposit will be applied per required service at time of booking, and will be deducted from your final bill.

(Note: Not all services require a deposit. You will be notified at checkout if a deposit is applied to your chosen service).

Cancellations & Rescheduling: 
We maintain a strict no-refund policy. 

If you need to reschedule or cancel within our required notice window, your deposit is not refunded, but will stay on your client file as credit for a future visit.

Forfeiture: 
Breaking our cancellation/no-show policy by cancelling on the same day or missing your appointment means the deposit is permanently lost. 

Salon Cancellations: 
Deposits are only refunded if BRUNEBLONDE cancels your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, severe weather (such as Black Rainstorm or Typhoon T8 warnings), or emergencies.
